These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Beusoft Technologies website (the "Site"), our free online tools (the "Tools"), and the custom-software, automation, scraping and consulting services we provide (the "Services"). By using any part of the Site, Tools or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Who we are
"Beusoft Technologies", "Beusoft", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Beusoft Technologies, a software development and automation business operating from Punjab, Pakistan. You can reach us at the contact details listed on our contact page.
2. Use of the Site and free Tools
You may use the public pages of the Site and the free online Tools (PDF tools, AI Blog Writer, Text Humanizer, SEO Analyzer and any future free tools we publish) for any lawful personal or business purpose, subject to these Terms.
When using the Tools, you agree that you will not:
- Upload, process or generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in Pakistan, including content that is defamatory, fraudulent, threatening, infringes intellectual-property rights, or sexually exploits minors;
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, automate, attack or otherwise stress-test the Site or Tools in ways that interfere with normal operation for other users;
- Use the Tools to generate content intended to deceive search engines, conduct phishing, or impersonate another person or organisation;
- Resell or rebrand the Tools as part of a paid service of your own without our written permission.
We may suspend or block access to the Tools (or specific IP addresses) at our discretion if we detect abuse, automated harvesting, or activity that threatens the stability of the Site.
3. Your content
The free Tools are designed to process the files and text you provide entirely in your browser wherever possible. For tools that call external APIs (currently the AI Blog Writer, which uses Google\'s Gemini API, and the SEO Analyzer, which calls Google PageSpeed Insights and Gemini), your inputs are sent to those third parties to fulfil your request. We do not store the contents of files processed locally, and we do not retain prompts or generated drafts on our servers, except where explicitly noted in the tool itself (for example, the SEO Analyzer logs audit results so you can review history).
You retain ownership of all content you submit. By using a Tool, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of operating the Tool and returning a result to you.
4. Output and AI-generated content
Several Tools use generative AI (currently Google\'s Gemini models). You acknowledge that:
- AI output is generated probabilistically and may contain factual errors, outdated information, or unverified claims;
- You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking and editing AI-generated content before relying on it for any decision or publishing it;
- We make no representations about the originality, accuracy, suitability for purpose, copyright status, or compliance with any standard (including academic-integrity rules or AI-disclosure regulations) of AI-generated output;
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated output complies with the laws of your jurisdiction and the rules of any platform on which you publish it.
5. Paid services
Custom-software, automation, scraping, integration and consulting Services are delivered under a separate written agreement (statement of work, master service agreement, or signed proposal). The terms of that agreement take precedence over these Terms for the scope of the engagement. Where the written agreement is silent, these Terms apply.
6. Intellectual property
All Site code, design, copy, brand assets, tool implementations and content published by us — excluding user-submitted content and clearly attributed third-party material — are owned by Beusoft Technologies or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute or build a competing service from our code or content without written permission.
The Tools rely on open-source libraries (including pdf-lib, PDF.js, docx.js and others). Those libraries remain the property of their respective authors and are licensed under their own open-source terms, which apply to their components.
7. Third-party services
The Site and Tools rely on third parties including Google (PageSpeed Insights, Gemini, Analytics, AdSense), Unsplash (placeholder imagery), and the standard open web (browser APIs, CDN-hosted libraries). Your use of those features is also subject to those third parties\' own terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Site, Tools and any free content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, security of in-browser processing in all environments, or specific results from using a Tool.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy. You use the Tools and Site at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beusoft Technologies and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, business interruption or reputational harm — arising out of or related to your use of the Site, Tools or free content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages relating to the free Site or Tools is limited to USD 100 or the amount you have paid us for any related paid Service in the preceding twelve months, whichever is greater.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beusoft Technologies, its team and contractors from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Site or Tools in violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with your use, or (c) any content you submit or generate using the Tools.
11. Termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Site or Tools at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or are causing harm to the Site, other users or third parties. You may stop using the Site and Tools at any time.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for a reasonable period. Continued use of the Site and Tools after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site, Tools or free content will be brought exclusively in the courts of Punjab, Pakistan, unless required otherwise by applicable consumer-protection law in your home jurisdiction.
